Kay Aquino | Operations Manager
Kay, from the Philippines, joined the team in April 2022 and quickly became Owen’s go-to person when he needs to get something done.
Kay is obsessed with staying organized and making the lives of everyone she works with easier. It brings genuine happiness to her heart to take the burden off of her loved one’s shoulders, and to her, work is no different at all. She prides herself on being dedicated, dependable, and trustworthy. To her, the firm’s success is her success!
At core, she’s just a lightbringer. She believes in the team’s dreams and goals and will leave no stone unturned to make them come true.
Outside work, she is the furmom of 4 Chihuahuas, nature lover, casual gamer, and frustrated singer (she coulda been a contendah!).

Winnie McGrann | Chief Morale Officer
Winnie has been with the firm from the very beginning, when Owen gave his wife, Audra, a heart attack by walking away from a steady job and began practicing law out of a spare bedroom. Thanks to Winnie’s steadfast support and clockwork reminders that she needs food in her mouth, McGrannLAW has grown like Winnie’s appetite after she began taking prednisone every morning. A most valuable member of the team, Winnie chairs the firm’s greeting committee (and appreciates her new corner office at McGrannLAW HQ).

Clare McGrann | VP of Mess Development
Clare joined McGrannLAW in October of 2021 and quickly made her presence felt. A true agent of entropy, Clare has cemented McGrannLAW’s dedication to a paperless office and has spurred the firm to new and creative gatekeeping structures. After a rocky start, Clare and Winnie have developed a strong working relationship. We’re excited to have Clare on the team.
